Who I work with.
I work with executive leaders and high performers in business. Typically you are a CEO, Chairperson of the Board, Managing Director, Business Owner or Investor. You may be looking for a step change in performance for yourself or a colleague, a business you own or a Board you lead. You may be facing a specific issue related to business performance, this could be personal or professional, it can often be both. I have a track record of helping clients achieve breakthrough moments leading to momentum and progress in their personal and professional lives.
How I work with you.
One to one executive coaching/mentoring* sessions with yourself, these can be face to face or over Teams/Zoom. We can work over a short period of time to work through a specific issue, typically one to three sessions, or more common is a 12-month programme of leadership development, tailored to your specific objectives/goals.
* I usually find that by working one to one, and depending on the issue we are processing, that sessions may include a mix of coaching and mentoring – definitions below.
I also work with groups of leaders (Boards of Directors, Senior Leadership teams, Chair and CEO) in a coaching capacity, developing and honing relationships and personal leadership effectiveness in the team leading to improved profits, business results and performance.
I also provide specific advice and guidance on governance issues (Board effectiveness) and specific strategic business issues, consulting with you in an advisory capacity to deliver specific outcomes.
Coaching
I work with you as your thinking partner, to support you as you process the personal growth opportunity that you are facing. You will feel held, safe and stimulated as you cut through the fog and chart your path forwards for yourself.
Mentoring
I share my own experience and learning, mistakes ans successes. You devide how relevant this is to the issue or blockage you are currently facing. My experience and reflections will help unlock your creativity and confidence to move forwards.
Advisory
You are looking for a solution to either use or to stimulate your final decision. This isi an issue you need a solution for - not a coachign debate. I provide you with exactly that and a few questions to ponder as you decide on your next move.

Three ways to work with me.
Issue Processing
You have a specific issue or difficulty (such as a difficult boss or other key relationship, an impossible task/project, a big decision to make, a risky political dilemma, you feel stuck/trapped and/or unhappy – the list is endless). We work together on this issue, usually between one to four sessions over 6 to 12 weeks to help and support you in pressing forwards and dealing with the issue.
Leader Momentum
A 12-month programme, processing issues and blockages as they arise, and moving forwards at the right pace. You can expect analysis and deep probing, reflection, guidance, and discussion. Whilst the programme will be tailored to your needs, we will work to an agreed plan that moves you forward towards your goals at a pace. A 12-month programme will comprise one to one meetings every 4 to 6 weeks with feedback/input between meetings as required.
Leader of the Board
This is a 12-month programme developed to support the leader first and foremost, be this the CEO/Chair/MD/Owner. This is a “full concierge service” to meet your needs. The programme can also include working with members of your team to support the goals and objectives of yourself, as the leader, and the wider organisation. You could think of this as a temporary Chief Operating Officer role.
