Why work with us?
Because you will probably surprise yourself with the outstanding results and breakthrough leadership results that we help you deliver.
If you are working with myself, I work hard to be curious at all times, and not to jump to my own conclusions too soon. You will quickly feel a great sense of trust, confidentiality and knowledge that we are working together on your best interests. As our trust grows you will experience deep questioning and probing of reasons and perspectives that could sit behind issues. I will not judge you and I will care deeply about your journey and we will always be working towards actions.
There will be times when I will challenge you and your thinking and perspectives, always with positive language and intent in mind. I can often see the bigger picture of issues, all of the moving parts of the problem sooner than you and others and I can communicate this to you in a way that engages you in the solution. That is my gift, and my goal is to share this with my clients, fast.
I have received a wide variety of outstanding executive leadership coaching and mentoring for over 20 years and have been providing personal and advisory service to business leaders and owners for many years too. So, you will experience working with someone who can truly empathise with the challenges of executive leadership.
It is quite common to hear successful sportspeople, who are in what looks like a singular sport (tennis, cycling, running, boxing etc) to say “we” won the medal/competition. They know that without their team around them they could not have achieved this greatness. These winners can often stand outside themselves, looking at themselves as a project, fueling, training, resting, developing their body and mind to get into the best shape it can be to deliver the result.
Executive leadership can be a very singular activity, and the higher you go the more singular it becomes. I believe that I am here to serve you, to see the things you are not seeing, to say the truths others may not see or dare to say to you. Always through the lens of progress, pushing you to think, to slow down, to speed up, to cause you to reflect. To be part of the team that supports you in greatness – whatever that means for you.
